Wiqly has two plans. Both come with a 7-day free trial.

Starter — £29/month

For most small businesses with a single site or a few key pages.

• 3 widgets — enough for, say, your homepage, pricing page, and one product page
• 10 questions per widget
• Lead capture (link, email form, phone)
• Webhook delivery
• Email lead notifications
• Analytics dashboard
• All avatars and backgrounds

Pro — £79/month

For businesses running more widgets, or who need priority support.

• 10 widgets
• 10 questions per widget
• Everything in Starter
• Premium avatars
• Premium backgrounds (including video backdrops)
• Priority support — first in the queue when you email us

Annual pricing

Both plans have annual variants at roughly 17% off:

• Starter: £290/year
• Pro: £790/year

You can switch between monthly and annual any time from the billing settings.

What counts against your limits

Widgets. Number of active widgets. Deleted widgets don't count. Draft widgets that never went through generation don't count.

Questions per widget. Number of FAQ items per widget. The welcome video is separate and doesn't count toward this limit.

If you hit a limit, the dashboard tells you. You can either remove items or upgrade.

Upgrading

Settings → Billing → Change plan → pick the new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; we charge the prorated difference on your card on file.

You don't lose anything on upgrade — all your widgets, questions, and data carry over.

Downgrading

Same path. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you have more widgets or questions than the new plan allows, you'll need to remove items first. The dashboard tells you what's over the limit.

Custom plans

If neither plan fits — you need more widgets, more questions per widget, custom avatars, or anything else — get in touch. We do custom arrangements for larger customers.
